Jiliz (jiliz.com): unofficial guide to look-alike sites, the PAGCOR check and staying safe
This is not the Jiliz casino, and there is no login here. It is an unofficial guide for players in the Philippines. Our main finding: on October 6, 2026, neither “Jiliz” nor any jiliz address appeared on PAGCOR's public lists of authorized online gaming sites, so we could not verify a license.
Quick answers
- Is this the Jiliz site? No. jiliz777.com is a separate information page. It is not run by, connected to or affiliated with JILIZ or jiliz.com.
- Is Jiliz legit? We could not verify a PAGCOR license. On October 6, 2026, “Jiliz” was not on PAGCOR's public lists of authorized online gaming brands and websites. See the PAGCOR check.
- Where is the Jiliz login or app? Not here. This page has no login and no download. Read what to know before you log in and before you install an app.
- Is the address stable? No. On October 2, 2026, opening jiliz.com forwarded us to other domains. See what we recorded.
- Who can play? Only adults aged 21 and over, and not government officials or employees. If gambling is hurting you or your family, free help is available.
- Already sent money or ID to a site you now doubt? See what to do next.
What is Jiliz?
Jiliz (styled “JILIZ.COM” on its own pages) is an online casino brand aimed at players in the Philippines. We say “aimed at” because the promotional banner we saw used Tagalog and quoted its reward in pesos.
When we opened the Jiliz address on October 2, 2026, what loaded was a single landing page, not a full website. It showed the brand name, a rotating banner (the one on screen promoted a “lifetime VIP” reward), a line saying the app needs iOS 12 or Android 7 or newer, and two buttons: one to download an app and one to open the web version. The description the page gives to search engines advertised a sign-up bonus.
That is all we can report first-hand about Jiliz. We did not create an account, install the app, deposit money or place a bet, so we cannot describe the games lobby, the cashier or customer support.
Who operates Jiliz?
We do not know. The text of the Jiliz landing page we saw on October 2, 2026, named no company, no license number and no address, and it carried no age notice or responsible gaming message. We did not go past that page, so we cannot say what appears after login. The name is also absent from the PAGCOR lists we searched.
Is Jiliz the same as JILI?
Not as far as PAGCOR's records show. JILI is a game provider: PAGCOR's Electronic Gaming Licensing page links a list of approved electronic games under the name “JILI (I-SLOT GAMING CORPORATION)”. The copy we downloaded on October 6, 2026, was dated September 7, 2026. Jiliz is a different name, one letter longer. PAGCOR lists game suppliers separately from the brands and websites registered to offer games to players, and “Jiliz” is not on the brand and website lists we checked. A similar name is not evidence of a connection.
Is jiliz777.com the official Jiliz site?
No. You are on jiliz777.com, an unofficial information page. The brand uses jiliz.com. Those are two different domains with different owners, and the extra “777” is exactly the kind of small change that separates a brand's address from somebody else's. We say so on every page. Many look-alike addresses do not.
What happened when we opened jiliz.com?
On October 2, 2026, we opened the Jiliz address three ways. It never stayed on jiliz.com, and none of the addresses below is an approved or verified one:
- Opening
jiliz.comforwarded us through a middle domain and ended onjiliz.co. Our records name two different middle domains for that step:jiliz.winin the capture log andjiliz.xyzin the redirect page we saved. - Opening
www.jiliz.comforwarded us throughjilizvip.comand ended onjiliz.co. - Opening
jiliz.comin a desktop browser the same day ended onjiliz.vip.
We do not know who operates any of those domains, the chain may be different when you read this, and we do not link to any of them.
The practical point: with Jiliz, the address you open is not the address you end up on. So read the address bar after the page loads, and then check that final address against PAGCOR's lists.
Why are copies a real risk with the Jiliz name?
When we searched the web for the Jiliz name on October 6, 2026, the results included several other domains using the name or a near-spelling of it, with different endings or doubled letters, each presenting itself as a casino under that name. We could not confirm that any of them share an operator. The Jiliz landing page itself is a simple template of a logo, a banner and two buttons, which anyone can copy in minutes. Looks prove nothing.
Seven signs you may be on a copy
- The address is not exactly the one you meant. Check every character and the ending. The
.com,.co,.phand.vipversions of a name can all belong to different people. - You did not type the address yourself. You arrived from an SMS, a chat message, a QR code or a social media ad.
- It asks for your e-wallet MPIN, your bank password or a one-time code (OTP) on its own page or in a chat. That is how wallets get emptied.
- An “agent” tells you to send your deposit to a personal e-wallet number or a personal bank account.
- You are told to pay first. A “tax”, an “unlock fee” or one more deposit is demanded before a withdrawal is released.
- The app is a file from a link, and your phone has to switch off one of its own safety settings to install it.
- It claims to be “PAGCOR licensed” but the brand and the domain are not on PAGCOR's lists. PAGCOR has warned about websites that use its logo without permission.
Kung hindi ka sigurado, huwag ituloy. If you are not sure, do not continue.
Is Jiliz licensed by PAGCOR?
We could not verify that Jiliz is licensed. On October 6, 2026, we searched PAGCOR's public lists of authorized online gaming brands and websites for “Jiliz” and for every jiliz domain we had seen. The name was not on any of them.
PAGCOR, the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, is the government corporation that regulates games of chance and issues gaming licenses in the Philippines. It gives the public two places to check an online gaming site:
- PAGCOR Guarantee, a page of “PAGCOR-authorized online gaming websites”. When we loaded it, it showed 75 brand tiles. None of them was Jiliz.
- The Electronic Gaming Licensing page on pagcor.ph, which links the official lists of accredited operators with their registered brands and domain names.

Checked on October 6, 2026, at about 22:00 UTC (early morning of October 7 in Manila). We also searched four older versions of the brand and domain lists, dated December 4, 2025, that can still be downloaded from pagcor.ph. The result was the same.
What does this result mean, and what does it not mean?
- It means we found no public PAGCOR record for Jiliz or its addresses on October 6, 2026.
- It does not tell you how Jiliz treats players. We did not test deposits or withdrawals.
- PAGCOR's lists change. A brand can be added or removed after our check, and a company can register a brand under a name we did not think to search for.
PAGCOR's own advice is blunt. In a public warning dated December 28, 2022, still on its website, it tells players to check its list of registered websites and says any link that is not posted on the PAGCOR website is considered illegal. When it launched PAGCOR Guarantee in June 2025, it urged the public to verify a gaming site before playing or making any payment.
We are not the regulator and cannot rule on any single site. Our advice follows PAGCOR's: if the exact address in your browser is not on PAGCOR's lists, treat the site as unlicensed, and do not send it money or copies of your ID.
How can you run the same PAGCOR check yourself?
- Copy the exact domain from your address bar after the page has finished loading. It is the part between
https://and the next slash. - Open pagcorguarantee.ph and look for the brand name in the list or with its search box.
- For a domain-level check, open PAGCOR's Electronic Gaming Licensing page, then the list of Gaming System Administrators and Registered Brands and Domain Names/URLs. Use Find (Ctrl+F on a computer, “Find in page” on a phone) and type the domain.
- No match? Treat the site as unlicensed. A PAGCOR logo on the site itself proves nothing.
- Still unsure? Ask PAGCOR through its contact page.
What does PAGCOR say a registered site does?
In the same 2022 warning, PAGCOR describes how registered online gaming sites behave. Use it as a quick test:
- They make you register and verify your identity (know-your-customer, or KYC).
- They confirm it is really you before you log in, for example with a one-time code sent to your phone, a video call or biometrics.
- They show PAGCOR's responsible gaming reminders when you log in.
- They show Terms of Use that you must accept before you play.
- They give players a way to file complaints.
A site that skips all of these steps does not match PAGCOR's description of a registered site.
Safety checklist before you sign up, log in or download anything
These checks apply to Jiliz and to every other online gaming site. They take a few minutes and protect the three things a scammer wants: your money, your ID and your e-wallet.
Before you create an account
- Check the exact domain against PAGCOR's lists. Here is how to run the PAGCOR check yourself.
- Read the withdrawal rules before the bonus rules. Look for the wagering (“turnover”) requirement, the maximum cash-out and the time limit. A bonus with conditions you cannot meet is not free money.
- Use a password you do not use anywhere else, and register only a mobile number that you control.
- Decide your budget and your time limit before you look at any promotion.
Every time you log in
- Type the address yourself or use your own bookmark. Do not log in from links in SMS, Messenger, Telegram, Viber or ads.
- Look at the address bar again after the page loads. The address can change, as it did when we opened jiliz.com.
- Never share an OTP. Nobody from a real service needs you to read a code back to them. Huwag ibigay ang OTP o MPIN kahit kanino.
- On a shared or borrowed phone, log out when you finish and do not save the password.
When money or ID is involved
- Deposit only through the cashier inside your account. Never send money to a personal e-wallet number or personal bank account that someone gives you in chat.
- Upload ID only inside a site or app whose address you have checked, never through chat or email.
- Take a screenshot of every deposit and withdrawal request, with the date, amount and reference number.
What can you do if something has already gone wrong?
If you have sent money or ID to a gambling site you now doubt, act in this order:
- Stop paying. Do not send a “fee”, a “tax” or one more deposit to release a withdrawal, and do not pay anyone who offers to recover your money.
- Lock your accounts. Change your e-wallet MPIN and the passwords you used on the site, starting with any you use elsewhere.
- Tell your e-wallet or bank at once through its official app or hotline, and ask what can be done about the transfer.
- Report it. The government's Cybercrime Investigation and Coordinating Center (CICC) takes scam reports on hotline 1326, as reported by the Philippine Star on November 11, 2024. The CICC website blocked our automated check on October 6, 2026, so confirm the number at cicc.gov.ph before you rely on it. PAGCOR's contact page shows how to reach the regulator. Call CICC hotline 1326
- Keep your evidence: screenshots, reference numbers, chat messages and the exact web address.
Jiliz login, app, games and bonuses: what to know
We did not go past the Jiliz landing page. So this section says what we saw, then describes how sites of this type usually work and what to check. It is not a list of features confirmed on Jiliz.
Where do you log in to Jiliz?
Not on this page: there is no Jiliz login here. You would log in on the brand's own website or app. When we checked on October 6, 2026, no jiliz address was on PAGCOR's lists, so we cannot point you to a verified login address.
PAGCOR describes registered sites as verifying each player's identity, and nobody under 21 may play, so expect a registered site to ask for ID and sometimes a selfie or video check.
Locked out? Use the reset option inside the site or app where you registered. We cannot recover accounts. Treat anyone on social media who offers to “recover” or “unlock” an account for a fee as a scammer.
Is there a Jiliz app, and is it safe to install?
The Jiliz landing page we saw on October 2, 2026, offered an app and said it needs iOS 12 or Android 7 or newer. We did not install it, and we do not host or link to any app file. Because no jiliz address was on PAGCOR's lists on October 6, 2026, we cannot point you to a verified source for it. If you decide to install a gambling app from any operator:
- Android: many gambling apps come as an APK file from the operator's own page, not from an app store. Installing one means allowing “install unknown apps”, which removes a layer of protection. Switch that setting off again afterwards.
- iPhone: be careful with anything that asks you to install a configuration profile or to “trust” a developer in Settings.
- Permissions: a casino app has no need for your contacts, SMS or call logs. If it asks, say no.
- No install needed: the web version in your phone's browser usually does the same job.
Sports betting and casino games on sites like Jiliz
We could not see the Jiliz games lobby or a sportsbook without an account. Sites of this type usually carry slots, live dealer tables, bingo and fast “crash” games from outside studios, and some add sports odds. PAGCOR's Electronic Gaming Licensing page lists sports betting and electronic casino games as separate licensed game types.
Every one of these games has a house edge built in, and sports odds include the operator's margin: the longer you play, the more likely your result moves toward a loss. A published return-to-player (RTP) figure describes millions of rounds, not your session. No betting system, “pattern” or paid tip changes that.
Can you rely on the Jiliz sign-up bonus?
Not on the advertisement alone. The Jiliz page description we saw on October 2, 2026, advertised a random sign-up bonus that it says can be withdrawn after one round of betting. We did not test that claim, and a one-line advertisement is not the terms. Before you rely on any bonus, find the full conditions: how many times it must be wagered, which games count, the most you can withdraw and the deadline.
What should you check before depositing or withdrawing?
We did not use the Jiliz cashier. On any site, use only the payment methods shown inside your account, be wary if the receiving account is in a private person's name, and keep proof of every transaction. When PAGCOR launched its verification page in June 2025, it cited a growing number of complaints about gaming sites that do not pay players' winnings.
Responsible gambling: 21 and over, limits and free help
Gambling in the Philippines is for adults aged 21 and over. Bawal sa wala pang 21 anyos. Under PAGCOR's rules, these people may not play in any gaming establishment or on any online gaming platform:
- anyone under 21 years old;
- government officials and employees, including members of the Armed Forces and the Philippine National Police;
- people listed in the National Database of Restricted Persons;
- employees of gaming licensees and holders of a Gaming Employment License.

Four rules worth keeping
PAGCOR's reminders, in plain words:
- Gambling is paid entertainment. It is not a way to earn a living.
- Set a time limit for each session and stop when it ends.
- Never gamble with borrowed money or with money you need for bills, food or tuition.
- Do not chase losses.
Warning signs of problem gambling
According to PAGCOR, problem gambling can look like this:
- betting more money or more time than you planned;
- trying again and again to win back what you lost;
- borrowing, selling belongings or missing bills to keep playing;
- thinking about gambling all the time;
- trouble with family and loved ones;
- feeling hopeless, anxious or depressed.
Free help in the Philippines
- National Problem Gambling Helpline (NPGH). A joint project of PAGCOR and Seagulls Flock Organization. Its website, npgh.ph, describes the service as confidential, free and available 24/7. Call (02) 8248 9568
- Self-exclusion. PAGCOR runs an Online Self-Exclusion Application Portal at osea.pagcor.ph. A spouse, child or parent can also apply for a family exclusion with the form on PAGCOR's Responsible Gaming page.
- In a crisis. The helpline is not an emergency service. Its website tells anyone in immediate danger or in a mental health crisis to contact emergency services or the National Center for Mental Health (NCMH) Crisis Hotline. Call NCMH 1553
- More help centers. PAGCOR's Responsible Gaming page lists other accredited help centers with their contact details, including Gamblers Anonymous Philippines and Gam-Anon Philippines for family members.
We confirmed on October 6, 2026, that each of these is listed on the official pages linked here. Phone numbers change, so if one does not connect, check the official page.
Questions and answers about Jiliz
What is the official Jiliz website address?
The brand markets itself as jiliz.com. When we opened that address on October 2, 2026, it did not stay there: it forwarded us through a middle domain to jiliz.co (our records show jiliz.win and jiliz.xyz for jiliz.com, and jilizvip.com for www.jiliz.com), and a desktop browser ended on jiliz.vip. We do not link to any of them because none could be matched to PAGCOR's registered domain lists.
Is Jiliz legit or a scam?
Jiliz was not on any PAGCOR list of authorized online gaming sites when we checked on October 6, 2026, and PAGCOR's public advice is that any online gaming link not posted on its website is considered illegal. We are not the regulator and cannot rule on any single site, and we did not test deposits or withdrawals, so we cannot say how Jiliz treats players.
Why does jiliz.com send me to a different address?
We do not know the operator's reasons. We only know that on October 2, 2026, jiliz.com forwarded us to other domains. A redirect alone does not prove a site is unsafe, but it makes the address bar harder to trust, so check the final domain against PAGCOR's lists before you enter any details.
Where can I get help for a gambling problem in the Philippines?
Call the National Problem Gambling Helpline on (02) 8248 9568 or visit npgh.ph. It is free and confidential. You can also apply for self-exclusion through PAGCOR's portal at osea.pagcor.ph. In an emergency or a mental health crisis, contact emergency services or the NCMH Crisis Hotline at 1553.

About this guide
Jiliz777 Guide is a one-page independent information site published at jiliz777.com. Jiliz777 Guide Editorial is the name we publish under. No individual author is named.
- What we are not: we are not JILIZ, not jiliz.com, not PAGCOR, and not a casino, an agent or an affiliate of any gaming operator.
- What we do not do: we take no bets, hold no accounts and handle no player money. This page carries no advertising and no affiliate or referral links.
- Why this page exists: the Jiliz name is used by several look-alike addresses, and a plain explanation of how to check a site is more useful than one more copy of a login page.
- How we write: we state only what we observed or what a named source says, we give the date for each, and we say so when we could not verify something.
- Contact: this site has no contact form and publishes no contact email address or phone number of its own, so we cannot answer individual questions or help with accounts. For anything about a specific gaming site, use PAGCOR's contact page.
How we handle visitor data is explained in our privacy policy.
Update history
- October 7, 2026: text revised after an accuracy review. One date was corrected (PAGCOR's JILI games list, from the copy downloaded on October 6). The other changes are wording. PAGCOR's brand and website lists were not searched again.
- October 6, 2026: page written; PAGCOR lists and help resources checked. We do not promise a fixed schedule for re-checks, so rely on the dates shown.
